Ministers asked again to stop illegal logging in Styx River State Forest

NEFA has again written to the NSW Ministers asking them to stop ongoing illegal logging in Styx River State Forest.  This is in response to an expert report commissioned by the EPA that confirmed potential habitat for the Rufous Scrub-bird at five sites.  It is almost 2 months since NEFA first wrote to the Ministers.  Despite there now being abundant evidence that Forests NSW have not complied with the survey and protection requirements of the Threatened Species Licence the illegal logging continues.
